Your work stays yours
You keep the rights to the photographs you upload. By adding them to Nielou, you grant us a limited licence to display them on the platform so agencies can find you — nothing more. Remove a photo, or make your profile private, and that display stops.
Use only what's yours
Only upload images you have the right to use. Don't post photographs taken or owned by someone else without their permission.
Reporting infringement
If you believe something on Nielou uses your work without permission, email hello@nielou.app with a link and a short description, and we'll review it.
